Managed to keep it reasonable on the food, but not completely healthy. Sundays and garbage go hand in hand for me.
Didn't even bother to add it all up, but I'm guessing it was easily a 2500 calorie day.
As I expected this morning I added a little weight. Nothing serious, but tomorrow may be uninspiring.
Oh well, I intend to keep working hard at it all week, letting up a little on Saturday, and going completely off the reservation on Sundays.
I'm not saying it's a good plan, but it's the one I'm going with.
